1. Betting with Apuestas Limited |

| 1.1 | Apuestas Limited is the legal owner and operator of Apuestas.com - a limited liability company registered in Malta with registration number C 38108 and registered office address at Suite A, Dophin Court A, Embassy Way, Ta' Xbiex XBX 1071, Malta. |
| 1.2 | Apuestas Limited is licensed to accept bets via electronic media on a world wide basis (with the exception of customers residing in the USA or Malta) by the Lotteries and Gaming Authority of Malta (LGA) under provisional License LGA/CL2/228/2005 (issued: 4th April 2008) |
| 1.3 | There is no betting tax or other taxes attributable to clients who bet with Apuestas.com. However customers are advised to seek independent advice with regards to betting taxes and other taxes in the jurisdiction where they are residing. |
| 1.4 | Betting on Apuestas.com is restricted to individuals of legal adult age, all clients must be 18 years of age or older. Participation in the games is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal. The customer acknowledges by placing a bet on Apuestas.com, that the customer is a resident in a jurisdiction where such activity is legal. It is the customers responsibility to ensure that betting on Apuestas.com is legal in their jurisdiction. Customers resident in the United States of America and Malta are not allowed to place any bets on Apuestas.com. |

2. Rules of betting |

| 2.1 | Where there is any confusion or a misunderstanding of the rules because of slight differences in meaning in the translation of the rules into different languages, it is the English interpretation of the rules that prevails. Read the English rules here |
| 2.2 | The management reserve the right to change, amend or add to these rules as they see fit by giving no further notice than posting the current rules on Apuestas.com. |
| 2.3 | These terms of use apply for Apuestas.com. When opening an account with Apuestas.com the customer understand and accepts the rules as outlined on this page. |
| 2.4 | It is the responsibility of the customer to know our rules and to abide by them. By entering the Web site, opening an account at the Web site, playing at the Website, use and reuse of such an account and participation in the games, the customer hereby represents warrants and certifies all of the rules on this website. |

3. Account responsibility |
|
| 3.1 | If the customer misplaces, forgets, loses, or is otherwise unable to enter the Website, Casino, Poker Room, Games Suit or Sports betting page because of anything other than Company error or, if the customer should give away, tell, share or lose their User Name and Password, Apuestas.com will not be responsible and will not be held liable for any claims regarding that account. |
| 3.2 | An account with Apuestas.com is personal and only the owner of the account has the right to log in to the account. |
| 3.3 | Apuestas.com cannot be held liable if an account is being abused by a third party. We recommend that your username and password be kept secret from others. |
| 3.4 | The customer is the only one allowed to make bets on the account. We reserve the right to cancel any bet made by a third party. |
| 3.5 | Apuestas.com customers are responsible for correctly updating their contact information (name, address, phone number, e-mail address etc). |
| 3.6 | Apuestas Limited reserves the right to request further information, even after registration, in order to avoid the abuse of an Apuestas.com account |
| 3.7 | Apuestas Limited reserves the right to cancel the customer's account for any reason and issue any balance in the customer's account at the time of such cancellation. |
| 3.8 | There is a maximum of one betting account per customer. If a customer has been using more than one account to avoid our rules and/or transcend our limits, we reserve the right to cancel any bets, reduce betting limits, suspend or terminate an account. |
| 3.9 | If within 30 months from the time your account became dormant, we cannot locate you to return the funds to you, we will turn the funds over to the applicable governmental authority for appropriate disposition. In the latter case, you will not be able to make a claim against us. |
| 3.10 | It is the responsibility of the client to control his/her account balance. Clients are advised to check their account balance each time they logon or telephone Apuestas.com. In the event of a query or dispute it is the client's responsibility to notify Apuestas Limited at the earliest opportunity together with the client's own record of transactions since the balance was last verified. |

4. Customer disputes |
|
| 4.1 | Apuestas Limited cannot be held responsible for any typing or human error in offering odds other than those intended. Apuestas.com reserves the right to either void any affected bets or to correct the error. |
| 4.2 | Apuestas Limited hereby informs all clients that they shall record all telephone and electronic communications with clients in the interest of staff and client security. When a dispute occurs which cannot be resolved by Apuestas.com, the relevant recording(s) may be made available to the Maltese Lottery and Gaming Authority. |
| 4.3 | Customers, if they wish complain or take their dispute directly to the Lotteries and Gaming authority of Malta, can do so by emailing them on complaints@lga.org.mt. |

5. Placing Bets |
|
| 5.1 | Bets not transmitted in full will be deemed void. |
| 5.2 | Once bet has been placed, the customer will receive an acknowledgement which is confirmation of acceptance by Apuestas Limited. |
| 5.3 | A number of bets may be treated as being one bet when a client sends multiple copies of the same bet. Apuestas Limited reserves the right to void bets where there may be evidence of collusion between two or more clients. |
| 5.4 | Where a number of bets are submitted by a client they will be dealt with in the order received. |
| 5.5 | Apuestas Limited reserves the right to refuse any bet or part of a bet without stating any reasons at any time. In addition Apuestas Limited reserves the right to close a customer's account and refund the balance of their account without further explanation. In this event outstanding bets will be honoured. |
| 5.6 | The minimum stake for bets placed online is 1 or the equivalent in other currencies. |
| 5.8 | Apuestas Limited does not accept bets on credit: bets can only be accepted if the customer has a sufficient credit in their personal account. Bets wrongly accepted will be cancelled. |
| 5.9 | It is the obligation of the customer to ensure that the data entered before confirming a bet is correct, this includes but is not limited to the following data: stake, events, selections, odds are correct. Customers are not able to cancel or change a bet once the bet has been placed and accepted. |
| 5.10 | Multiple bets are accepted; however no such bet can be accepted where the result of one leg, influences the outcome of another. |
| 5.11 | All odds are subject to fluctuation. The odds valid for a particular bet are the odds registered at the time when the bet was accepted. The calculation of the winnings will be based on those odds. |
| 5.12 | Odds displayed on the website for information purposes only. Apuestas limited reserves the right to modify odds and correct possible mistakes or omissions. In the case of obvious mistakes (for example: typing errors) Apuestas Limited reserves the right to inform the client about the mistake and to correct the odds (even in cases where the result of the event is known). In these cases, the client will be allowed to change the related selection (before the event starts). To avoid any possible problem the client will have the responsibility of asking the confirmation of the odds before placing a bet. It should be noted that an error of this nature has not yet occurred; all errors have been detected before the start of an event. |
| 5.13 | Clients must place their bets on their own account. Any bet placed with the intent of defrauding Apuestas Limited and/or placed (without written permission) by/through any bookmaker, betting syndicate and/or person, association, friends or relatives in individual or group form and/or under the advice of any other person, association, friend, relative, company, corporation, will be cancelled. |
| 5.14 | For every selection, there are definitions of the rules of compatibility and minimum and maximum number for multiple bets. If a bet does not respect the rules of compatibility or the minimum or maximum number of selections required, the bet will be deemed void. |
| 5.15 | Apuestas Limited reserves the right to refuse or limit the stake of any bet without any explanation. |
| 5.16 | Bets will be accepted up to the advertised start time. If a bet is inadvertently accepted this includes an event after its start time, Apuestas Limited reserve the right to void any affected bets unless specific odds are being offered In Play. |
| 5.17 | If a market is voided for any of the reasons indicated in these Rules, all staked funds will be returned to the customer. |

6. Calculating and paying off winnings |
|
| 6.1 | Should funds be credited to a client's account in error, it is the client's responsibility to notify Apuestas Limited of the error without delay. Any winnings subsequent to the error and prior to the notification of Apuestas Limited whether linked to the error or not, shall be deemed invalid and returned to Apuestas Limited. |
| 6.2 | Winnings will be credited to clients Sports book accounts following confirmation of the final result. |
| 6.3 | Apuestas Limited shall in no event or under any circumstances, be liable for any damages or losses without limitation that are deemed or alleged to have resulted from or caused by this website or its content, including without limitation delays or interruptions in operation or transmission, communications lines failure, any person's use or misuse of the site or its content, or any errors or omissions in content. |
| 6.4 | Apuestas Limited reserves the right to void any or all bets made by any group of people acting in liaison in an attempt to defraud Apuestas Limited. This can include but its not limited to persons, relatives, organisations, bookmakers and their employees. |
| 6.5 | The calculation of the winnings on a determined event/competition will take place at the conclusion of the event/s contained in the bet.
In the case of singles bets, a win is calculated as the stake multiplied by the odds given to the event selected. E.g.: if one bets 100 on a team that wins with odds of 3.50, the winning are 350 (100 x 3.50). The net winnings are 250 ( 350 winnings - 100 stake). The accumulated winning amount of a multiple bet is calculated by multiplying the stake by the product of the odds of the selected events. E.g.: if one bets 100 on three events having as odds 1.25, 2.00, 2.40, the winnings amount is 600 ( 100 x 1.25 x 2.00 x 2.40). The net winnings are 500 ( 600 winnings - 100 stake). |
| 6.6 | 6.6 There is no limit for the total odds of single or multiple bets. |
| 6.7 | If an event is cancelled, for the purpose of calculating winnings it is considered VOID as having odds equal to 1.00. If it is a single selection the entire stake is refunded. |
| 6.8 | Apuestas Limited cannot be held responsible for the wrong publication of sport results. The results taken into consideration will be those published by the relevant Governing Sporting Body at the end of the event. Any other subsequent modification of the results (due to disciplinary measures or any legal intervention) will have no effect on the calculation of the bets. In the case of a suspected criminal action affecting the events, Apuestas Limited reserves the right to suspend crediting the related winnings until the necessary investigations have been finalised. If these investigations confirm irregularities the bets and the related winnings may be cancelled. |
| 6.9 | Where an event normally has a single winner but the result is a dead heat and the rules do not cater for this, the odds of the winning selections are divided by the total number of winners (e.g. if one selects a winner with odds equal to 1.90 and the result of the event is a dead heat, the odds will be divided by 2, thus becoming 0.95). |
| 6.10 | The maximum payout on any bet or bets involving one or more of the same selections are shown below. These maximum payout amounts will apply even if by taking a price, the level of potential winnings exceeds these amounts. Where selections are taken from different categories listed below and is combined in multiple or accumulative bets, the lowest maximum payout limit will apply. |
| 6.11 | Any Bets containing one or a combination of events exclusively from the below listed leagues ONLY will be subjected to a Maximum Payout Limit of 50,000 or other currency equivalent.

| 6.12 | Any bet involving a selection from all other Football Leagues (with the exception of those leagues listed in 6.11) and Tennis events (excluding Tennis Specials) will be subjected to a Maximum Payout Limit of 20,000 or other currency equivalent. |
| 6.13 | Other Sports and other events not included in 6.11 or 6.12: 10,000 or other currency equivalent unless otherwise stated. |
| 6.14 | The maximum weekly winning for each client or betting syndicate is 100.000 irrespective of the number of bets placed. Apuestas Limited reserves the right to revoke the winning amounts exceeding 100.000 on the account of a client or of a number of clients controlled by a betting syndicate. The week is considered starting at 00:00:00 CET Monday to 23:59:59 CET on Sunday. |
| 6.15 | It is the customer's responsibility to check the potential return on any bet does not exceed the maximum payout relating to that bet. For assistance, where it is possible to calculate, we display the potential return on the Bet Request page of the website. We also offer a Potential Return calculator feature on the Betting Slip page. Please note that where a bet contains a selection at Starting Price, a potential return cannot be calculated. |
| 6.16 | The minimum stake for any single or combination bet is set out in the bet slip. These minimum stakes may change for different betting opportunities. There is no maximum stake for a bet. All bets are subject to the maximum payout relating to that betting opportunity. |

| For the purposes of these rules, the following definitions will be used:
Half Time: is defined as the scheduled first 45 minutes of the 1st half plus any added injury time of stoppage time. Normal Time and 90 Minutes' Play: is defined as the scheduled 90 minutes of play of the 1st and 2nd Half plus any added injury time or stoppage time. Extra Time: is defined as any scheduled periods of play after Normal Time and 90 Minutes' Play, plus any added injury time or stoppage time, golden/silver goals and/or Penalty Shootouts. All bets on football matches are based on the score at the end of a scheduled 90 Minutes' Play, unless otherwise stated or unless the bet has already been settled. Match details such as dates and kick-off times that are displayed on the website are for guidance only. Apuestas Limited is not responsible for any errors or amendments to any match details displayed. In the event of a match being played on a neutral ground the team displayed to the left will be considered as the home team and the team shown on the right will be considered as the away team. If there is fixture inversion (i.e a match is published to take place in the place of the team represented by 1 takes place in the home of the team represented with "2") or the match is indicated having neutral venue and instead is played in the home of one of the two teams or the match played is different from the one indicated by the system (one of the two teams is different) the event will be deemed void. The match will be valid if it is played on a neutral venue without having been indicated (n). Abandoned Matches All bets will be void on matches that are abandoned before the completion of 90 Minutes' Play, unless otherwise stated or the bet has already been settled. Postponed/Rearranged Matches All bets on matches that are postponed will be void unless it is played before the following Monday (Sunday midnight GMT), in which case the bets will stand. All bets on matches where the venue of the match or the opponent is altered, after it has initially listed on the website, will be void. In the case of a match postponed or suspended included in a multiple bet, the related bet will be deemed valid and it will be dealt with on the basis of the results of the remaining events regularly completed. Match Prices Winning bets must predict the winner of match at the end of Normal Time. Correct Score Winning bets must predict the match score at the end of Normal Time. Double Result (Half Time - Full Time) Winning bets must predict the result at Half Time and at the end of Normal Time Half Time Result Winning bets must predict the result at Half Time. In the event of the match being abandoned before Half Time, all bets will be void. Bets will stand for matches abandoned after Half Time has been reached. Total Goals Winning bets must select the total number of goals scored in the match in Normal Time. Under/Over Winning bets must predict whether the total number of goals is under or over the quoted level in Normal Time. Goal / No Goal Winning bets must predict whether both teams will score at least 1 goal or not. A bet on GOAL is won if both teams score at least one goal each. A bet on NO GOAL is won if no teams or only one team score one or more goals. Odd or Even Winning bets must predict whether the total number of points at the end of Regular Time is odd or even. Any match resulting in 0-0 will be settled on an even number of goals. Half with Most Goals Winning bets must predict which half has most goals scored by either team in Normal Time. Draw no Bet Winning bets must predict which team wins the match in Normal Time. In the event of a Draw, bets are void. Double Chance Winning bets must predict the outcome of the match based on three selections - either the Home or Away team wins, the Home team wins or draws or the Away team wins or draws. Goal Handicap Winning bets must predict the winner of the match at the end of Normal Time after the final score has been adjusted by the handicap. First Goal Winning bets must predict the team to score the first goal in Normal Time. Own goals count to the side credited with the goal. Bets will be void if 90 Minutes' Play is not completed, unless the first goal has already been scored. Last Goal Winning bets must predict the team to score the last goal in Normal Time. Own goals count to the side credited with the goal. Bets will be void if 90 Minutes' Play is not completed. Match specials For selected football matches we offer a menu of special bets with accompanying special rules. Unless otherwise stated only regular time and any additional injury time applies. Outright Divisional Betting In divisional betting, the finishing positions of the teams at the end of the scheduled program of matches will determine the placing with no allowance for play-offs or subsequent enquiries resulting in points deductions by the respective leagues. If any team has points deducted during the season from its total attained on the field of play, the deduction will be included in its final total. However, if any deduction is made after all the games in that division have been completed, it will have no effect on the final total. |

Postponed/Rearranged Matches All bets will be void on matches that are postponed, rearranged or moved a different venue. All bets will stand if a match being played or continuing into a subsequent day. Match Prices Winning bets must predict the winner of the match. In the event of a match being awarded to a player for whatever reason before the full number of sets has been played, but at least one set has been completed, all bets will stand on the player officially going through to the next round or declared as the winner of the tournament. In the event of a change in the official total number of sets played in a match, all bets will stand. Set Betting Winning bets must predict the exact score between the players. The full number of sets required to win the match must be achieved for set betting bets to stand, otherwise bets will be void. In the event of a change in the official total number of sets played in the match, all bets will be void. Handicap Games If the match is not completed for whatever reason, all bets will be void. A tie break is considered as one game for settlement purposes. Winning bets must predict the winner of the match at the end of Normal Time after the final score has been adjusted by the handicap. Total Games Winning bets must predict whether the total number of Games is under or over the quoted level. If the match is not completed for whatever reason, all bets will be void. All bets on European Basketball matches and NBA matches are based on the final result including Overtime unless otherwise specified. For the purposes of these rules, Half Time is defined as the first scheduled 20 minutes (24 minutes for NBA matches) of the 1st Quarter and 2nd Quarter. Regular Time is defined as the total 40 minutes of play (48 minutes for NBA matches), including Overtime. All bets on European Hockey and US Hockey (NHL) games are based on the official result at the end of the Regular time unless otherwise stated or the bet has already been settled. The Regular Time for the European Hockey is defined as all three periods of play, formed of sixty minutes. Overtime and Shootouts are not included in Regular Time for the European hockey unless otherwise stated. In NHL matches if the game ends in overtime tied and goes to a shootout the winner of the shootout will be credited with one extra goal.
